听Seminar Description:听The power of words can be no less potent than traditional weaponry. Russia鈥檚 military aggression against Ukraine has turned fake news into a powerful tool of imperial propaganda. From the onset of the war, Russia launched an organized propaganda campaign aimed at shaping public opinion to justify its aggression, undermine Western support for Ukraine, and mislead both domestic and international audiences about the true causes and imperial nature of the war. The full-scale invasion underscores the growing significance of informational factors, proving that the power of words rivals tradiitional weapons. Hence, resisting Russia鈥檚 information offensive is a vital task for the survival of the Ukrainian nation.
