In 2004, graduated from Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University and enrolled as a junior researcher. Since 2005 till now, has been organising the annual International Bio Summer School on the basis of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology, ONU. Since 2007, editor of English-language articles in the scientific journal ‘Microbiology and Biotechnology’. In 2009, defended thesis on ‘Peculiarities of defective lysogeny of Erwinia carotovora’ and was promoted to the position of senior researcher. In 2013, received academic title - Associate Professor of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology. Organiser, coordinator and responsible executor of the projects ‘Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis (2022-2024)’. Organiser, coordinator and responsible executor of the project Ukraine digital: Studienerfolg in Krisenzeiten sichern (2023-2025) Project: ‘Digitalisation of the educational process in Odesa I.I. In 2011, she graduated from Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University with a degree in "Microbiology and Virology." In 2020, she obtained a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with a specialization in "Biotechnology."

She is the author of 27 scientific articles published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional journals, including 6 publications in periodicals indexed in the Scopus or Web of Science scientometric databases.

She is a member of the organizing committee of the annual International Summer School for young scientists "Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Biomedicine," held at the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Biotechnology of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University.

Her scientific interests include molecular biology and genetics of bacteria, marine actinobacteria, and their biotechnological potential.

From 07/01/1972 to 06/30/1975, she worked as a senior laboratory technician and a junior researcher at the Department of Biochemistry of the of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University.

From 01.07.1975 to 30.04.2000 - gradually junior, senior and leading researcher of the Problem Research Laboratory No. 5 at Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University.

In 1983, she defended her candidate's thesis "Immunopharmacological study of tilorone and a number of chemically related new compounds", and in 1996 she defended her doctoral thesis "Pharmacological activity and some mechanisms of action of new synthetic immunomodulators". She has the academic titles of senior researcher, associate professor and professor.

Since May 1, 2000, she has been a professor at the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Biotechnology.

She works part-time as the chief researcher of the Biotechnological Scientific and Educational Center of ONU named after I.I. Mechnikova. Since 2000, he has been a scientific director or responsible executor of state-budget scientific topics. Participated in the execution of two international projects: INTAS PROJECTS Ref. No. 03-51-5563 "Elaboration of a new strategy for control of pathogens related to Clostridium perfringens and Clostridium difficile based on application of specific bacteriophages", 2004-2008 and FP7 IRSES-319007-TB PROGNOSIS "A progress of tuberculosis and HIV/tuberculosis treatment assessed by fingerprinting of small molecule-biomarkers in patients from Eastern Europe", 2014-2017.

She graduated from the Faculty of Biology of Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University in 1995.

The defender of the dissertation took place in the specialized scientific board D 41.088.02 of the Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies. In 2002, she was awarded the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 03.00.20 – biotechnology.

In 2002, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Microbiology and Virology. Since 2008, she has been an academic secretary of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology and a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Biology.

She is the guarantor of the educational and professional training program for bachelors in specialty 162 "Biotechnology and Bioengineering". In 2021, the educational and professional program "Biotechnology and Bioengineering" was accredited with the "exemplary" mark.

She is the head of the "Biology" section as part of the jury of the II-III stage of the All-Ukrainian contests-defenses of scientific research works of students - members of the Small Academy of Sciences (according to the order of the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa State Administration from 2013 to the present).

She is the chairman of the jury of the III stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Biology (according to the order of the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa State Administration from 2007 to the present).
