The Department of Management and Innovation (until September 1, 2018 -听 Department听 of economics and management) was established in 1997. The department was one of the first four departments of the Faculty of Economics and Law. In 2023, the department will celebrate its 25th anniversary. During its existence, the Department of Management and Innovation formed a solid basis for training professional management personnel not only for Ukrainian, but also for international companies. During its existence, the department has turned into a systemic factor in the construction and further development of the Faculty of Economics and Law and the university as a whole in the direction of education management. Currently, the Department of Management and Innovation is the issuing institution for the "Management" specialty.

The main characteristics of the department's activity have always been high professionalism, scientific and educational competence, and an innovative work style.

The teaching staff of the department is constantly replenished with the best graduates who have completed graduate studies and defended theses. Teachers and students work together, ensuring scientific continuity and forming a single team with consistently high performance results.
